The Patient Relations (also sometimes referred to as "Patient Services") staff provides information to patients and their families about services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. They help patients and their families interpret Hospital policies and procedures, investigate and resolve concerns, assure the observation of patients' rights, and handle certain special requests.
